Your purchase goal is created by using your purchases during the previous calendar year. The 2026 purchase goal is set at last year’s purchase volume, or an annual minimum purchase volume of $10,000; whichever is higher.

The 2026 rewards program is an annual program only.

Accounts can earn points instead of credit rewards to spend with our third party vendor, Calusa Marketing. Points are earned at different thresholds for each reward type (eCommerce, Growth, and Loyalty).

eCommerce: Accounts earn .2 points for every dollar spent in eCommerce (20 points/$100 eComm spend)

Loyalty: Qualifying accounts earn .2 points for every dollar spent (20 points/$100 spend). Once purchases achieve 95 - 99.99% of goal, half of calculated Loyalty Reward is activated.  Remaining Loyalty Reward is earned when 100% of purchase goal is met.

Growth: Accounts earn .4 points for every dollar spent over purchase goal (40 points/$100 spend), up to 105% of purchase goal. Once an account passes above 105% of purchase goal, Growth Reward increases to .8 points per dollar spent (80 points/$100 spend) back to first dollar of growth.

Loyalty rewards are based on your sales in the prior year. If your purchase goal is $100,000 (based on 2025 purchases), your loyalty earnings are activated once you reach $100,000 in 2026 purchases. Loyalty rewards are available only to accounts that achieved $100,000 in 2025 purchases.

Once purchases achieve 95 - 99.99% of goal, half of calculated Loyalty Reward is activated.  Remaining Loyalty Reward is earned when 100% of purchase goal is met.

Any purchases above your purchase goal are considered growth. Accounts earn 2% reward points for purchases over goal, up to 105% of goal. Once an account reaches 105% of purchase goal, growth reward increases to 4%, back to the first dollar of growth.

Accounts with a purchase goal under $300,000 earn growth rewards once they reach 105% of purchase goal. Accounts with purchase goal above $300,000 earn growth rewards once they reach purchase goal.

New customer accounts have an annual purchase goal set at $10,000. Growth rewards are earned once new accounts reach $10,500 in yearly purchases

Rewards are received via credit issued to your Johnstone account, or via points issued to a Reward account through Calusa Marketing.

Earned reward points will be issued the end of the following month, but do not ‘unlock’ until goal rewards are met. Participating accounts are eligible to receive their eCommerce reward once a $10,000 annual purchase volume is met.

Participants that earn an account credit will have it issued to their account in Q1 of 2027.

Accounts that select account credit rewards can redeem credit against future Johnstone purchases.

Accounts that select Reward Point program can redeem reward points towards a number of purchase options available on the Calusa platform including gift cards, apparel, event tickets, and more

Any purchase made that is not a warranty exchange or a gas tank swap qualifies for rewards earnings. Gas tank swaps include Brazing gases like oxygen/acetylene, purging gases like nitrogen/CO2, and refrigerant gases.

Purchases of new refrigerants in non-refillable cylinders and purchases of new DOT approved refrigerant recovery cylinders such as; H93-231, H93-232, H93-233, H93-165, H93-168, and H93-169, will be counted towards qualifying purchases for 2026.

We calculate your return rate on the number of items returned rather than their dollar value. This prevents returns of big-ticket items like equipment from skewing the return rate.

If you are found to be ineligible during the program, any funds earned may be forfeited. If you are concerned about your current status, you may reach out to our Accounts Receivable department or your Territory Manager for an explanation and steps forward
