FAQs

  • The annual volume rebate will be calculated back to the beginning of the quarter in which you were registered for the program. If you registered for Q3 in June 2026 and achieve tier two status in December of 2026, all purchases back to July 1st will earn either the 5% or 8% volume rebate depending on which rewards option picked. 

  • Advertisements, Marketing, functional display units, training, promotions, dealer events, Hisense SWAG, etc. If you have a unique idea, work through your TM for approval. 

  • Mastercard rewards will be loaded quarterly.

  • Absolutely! All Hisense purchases still count as qualifying purchases towards our Partner+ program.

  • The Hi-Pro Dealer Council will be a national meeting engaging contractors and distributors, in which you will help influence the direction of Hisense for your market.
